De Laowa 50mm f/2.8 2X Ultra-Macro APO Lens is de eerste lens voor MFT-camera's met een maximale vergroting van 2:1. Met dit lichtgevoelige objectief maak je nog betere macrofoto's dan ooit te voren. De lens heeft een minimale scherpstelafstand van 13,5cm waardoor je nog dichter bij je onderwerp komt. Met de vergroting van 2x leg je alles tot in de details vast. Het apochromatisch (APO) ontwerp elimineert daarnaast chromatische aberratie, waardoor je profiteert van een uitstekende scherpte en optimale kleurweergave. De 7 diafragma-bladen zorgen verder voor een aangename bokeh. En met de CPU-chip en motor is bediening via de camerabody mogelijk, waardoor je alles gemakkelijker instelt.
