Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is een kruid uit India, Zuid-Azië, Centraal-Azië en delen van Afrika, dat nog niet zo bekend is in Westerse landen. Binnen de ayurvedische gezondheidsleer wordt ashwagandha al meer dan 4000 jaar gebruikt in de vorm van thee, siroop, zalf, tinctuur of poeder.

Ingrediënten:

Gebruik:
2 capsules per dag bij een maaltijd met ruim water innemen, bij voorkeur verdeeld over de dag of zoals geadviseerd

Vermijd uit voorzorg gebruik tijdens zwangerschap en borstvoeding in verband met het ontbreken van voldoende gegevens hierover. Voorzichtigheid is geboden bij hyperthyroïdie.
