Het verhaal van Lars gaat over persoonlijke ontwikkeling en leiderschap. Lars beleeft samen met zijn familie en vrienden avonturen. Een verhuizing, een talentenjacht, ruzie en nog veel meer. Hij gaat de uitdaging aan om te ontwikkelen en te groeien. In dit boek behandelen we 6 verschillende aspecten over ontwikkeling en leiderschap, speciaal geschreven voor kinderen van 7 tot 11 jaar. Het gaat over jezelf durven zijn, dromen, samenwerken, talenten, leiderschap en groeien. Deze aspecten zijn weergegeven in een aantrekkelijk verhaal. Na elk hoofdstuk kun je praktisch aan de slag met de vragen en opdrachten. Kinderen leren zich hierdoor spelenderwijs te ontwikkelen. Volwassenen kunnen de kinderen begeleiden door middel van de extra informatie na elk hoofdstuk.
