32 ex-daklozen (peers) met een verleden in de psychiatrie/ verslavingszorg, hebben elkaar gevonden om gezamenlijk iets te betekenen voor kwetsbare mensen in enkele wijken van Den Haag. De peers hebben "op straat geleerd om voor zichzelf te strijden. Nu zijn we sterk genoeg om niet zwak over te komen en oprecht genoeg om bij elkaar aansluiting te vinden. Elkaars vreemdheid wordt geaccepteerd." De essentie van de samenwerking is "de kracht van de verhulde kwetsbaarheid". Met deze impactanalyse tonen we aan dat zij met een beetje deskundigenhulp op z'n minst zoveel in de wijken voor elkaar krijgen als een professionele organisatie. En het kost de maatschappij geen cent meer, eerder minder.
