Gewoon doen

In 2012 richtten schoonmakers de eerste Schoongewoon werknemerscoÃ¶peratie op. Het was een succes. Andere coÃ¶peraties volgden. Daarna ontstond Hélpgewoon, samenwerkingsverband van zorgverleners. Allen verenigden zich onder de naam Gewoondoen, waar gezamenlijke belangen behartigd worden. Hoe richt je een coÃ¶peratie op? Hoe ga je met elkaar om? Welke waarden streef je na? Geestelijk vader van de Gewoondoen coÃ¶peraties Remmelt Schuuring schreef samen met Caro Sicking over het gedachtegoed. De uitgave bestaat uit twee delen. Deel I is het verhaal van Door, een Assepoester. Door komt zichzelf tegen, verandert van arrangement en krijgt weer plezier in haar leven en werk. Door wordt eigen baas en haar zelfvertrouwen groeit. Deel II bevat in heldere bewoordingen hoe de leden van Gewoondoen met elkaar omgaan, wanneer het genoeg is en wat je nodig hebt om een werknemerscoÃ¶peratie op te richten. But nowadays fashion is not such unavailable as it was a couple of centuries ago. We are lucky to have an opportunity to buy qualitative, fashionable and affordable clothes.
