Geef me moed

Tim Hordijk is blij met zijn baan als docent op de Bijbelschool in Biesterlo. Maar hij treft zijn nieuwe woonplaats in grote verwarring aan. Er is al enige tijd een brandstichter actief, en de politie krijgt hem maar niet te pakken. De angst in het dorp groeit. Op de Bijbelschool komt Tim in contact met Esther. Zij bewijst hem een grote dienst bij het bewerken van zijn lesmateriaal. Maar zodra hij pogingen doet om haar meer persoonlijk te benaderen, houdt Esther hem op afstand. Waarom is het voor haar zo moeilijk om hem toe te laten in haar leven? Dan breekt het moment aan dat er heel veel tegelijk gebeurt. De brandweer krijgt een melding, Tim neemt Esther onder zijn hoede en ongewild zijn ze samen getuige van een cruciale gebeurtenis. Geeft dit alles hen de moed om dichter bij elkaar te komen?
