Ondanks de vele profielen op datingsites hangt er nog altijd een taboesfeer rond daten in christelijk Nederland. Wachten op de ware is een optie, maar zelf aan de slag gaan is vaak effectiever. Zinvol daten wil singles bewustmaken van hun eigen aandeel in het single-zijn. Daarom wordt allereerst naar de single zelf gekeken: wat is het beeld dat je hebt van jezelf, wat zijn je verwachtingen?
