Iles Flottantes

ÃŽles Flottantes is de naam van een toetje. In het scenario van filmmaker Nanouk Leopold (1968) staat het omschreven als: 'Het is een wit bergje van eiwitschuim dat drijft op een gele creme anglaise.'ÃŽles Flottantes gaat over de lotgevallen van drie heldinnen: Isa, Kaat en Sascha. En als Kaat een meisje van dertig is geworden, krijgen ze van haar vriend Max het lievelingstoetje van Kaat voorgeschoteld:Iedereen begint spontaan te applaudisseren. Kaat schaamt zich enorm. Sasscha en Isa giechelen. Max komt haar het eerste toetje geven en gaat dan verder met uitdelen. Iemand doet het licht weer aan want de sterretjes zijn inmiddels uit. Sascha kijkt argwanend in haar bakje.Sascha: 'Dus dat is het nou... Eiwitprut met gele vla!'Nanouk Leopold: '... een eertse idee is eigenlijk niets. Waar het om draait, is hoe je met dat idee omgaat.'
