5S werkplekorganisatie

Werkplekken kunnen ingericht zijn als een schuur of als een supermarkt. Schuren zijn gesloten ruimtes waarin alleen de eigenaar weet waar alles ligt (denkt hij). Supermarkten zijn voor iedereen toegankelijk, en er is met een logische indeling gezorgd dat iedereen kan zien waar alles ligt. 5S is een hulpmiddel op de weg naar de ideale werkplek.
